How's a little guy like Oscar land in a shelter? He's only 35# and can nearly fit into your back pocket. Taken from a large TX city shelter at the last minute, Oscar is just a delightful, mellow and mannerly guy. He is doing fine with the foster dogs and is a good house companion. Like so many Texas dogs, Oscar is heartworm positive but is doing well on treatment! Oscar is currently located in Houston, TX. Transport is available to CO.
